Account violations—like using multiple accounts, sharing login details or placing fraudulent bets—can result in account suspension or closure. We'll notify you of the breach and give you a chance to respond before taking action. Serious breaches may result in fund forfeiture.

Yes, we can update these Terms at any time. Changes are posted here and sent to your registered email. You'll have at least 14 days' notice before changes take effect. Continuing to use your account after the notice period means you accept the new Terms.

Open a dispute ticket in your account under Support > Disputes, or email [email protected] with your account email and transaction ID. We investigate within 48 hours and respond with our findings. If you disagree, escalation steps are outlined in our Dispute & Complaint Procedure.

Deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account age. QRIS, DANA, OVO and GoPay each have daily and monthly caps shown in your Deposit screen. Limits reset daily at midnight Jakarta time. Contact support if you need a temporary adjustment.

Your account balance is held separately from our operating funds. If taiwan live ceases operations, we're required to return all player balances to registered payment methods within 30 days. This is outlined in our financial compliance section.

Yes, you can request account closure anytime through Settings > Account > Close Account. We'll process your request within 24 hours and return any balance to your registered payment method. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; you'd need to create a new account.
