Deposit fees vary by payment method and are shown before you confirm. QRIS transfers typically have no fee. DANA, OVO and GoPay may include small processing charges. Withdrawal fees are also displayed at checkout before you proceed.

Withdrawals to DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS are processed within the timeframe shown at checkout, typically one to three business days. Bank holidays may extend processing. You receive a confirmation email with your transaction reference number.
